In this episode, I speak with Professor Monideepa Tarafdar of MIT and Lancaster University, and one of the principal investigators of Technostress, the stress or illnesses that occur from working with technology on a daily basis. Monideepa focuses on the ways technology and systems impact on our workplace performance and on human beings in general. It is this idea that is embedded in the book Technostress – that the way we work has consequences on our performance, our productivity and, ultimately, our wellbeing.
As we enter into the last part of 2016, this interview is key for those of you seeking a better way to work that brings you greater wellbeing and productivity.
