“I always say, the problem with technology is that it’s too good!”
In this episode, Jeremy McCarthy shares with us his insights about the increasingly influential field of digital wellness and its future importance to society.
As the Group Director of Spa for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Jeremy is also the Group Chair of the newly created Digital Wellness Initiative which exists to bring together thought leaders from wellness, healthcare, technology, government, and education to serve as a think tank evaluating research and advocating for policy and education on the healthy use and adoption of technology.
On the show, Jeremy shares the latest research from the recent white paper released on Digital Wellness, the various components of digital wellness, and why the topic is becoming increasingly mainstream for technology companies to include in their offerings to people.
