– Professor David Levy
In this episode, I speak with the University of Washington Professor, David Levy about the blending of mindfulness and technology; and also his new book, Mindful Tech. Professor Levy, of the Information School from the University of Washington focuses on ways people can achieve contemplative balance, particularly in this digitised global society.
Professor Levy is the author of two books: Mindful Tech: How to Bring Balance to Our Digital Lives (2016) and Scrolling Forward: Making Sense of Documents in the Digital Age (2001, new ed. 2016)
As a professor in the Information School, David received his PhD from Stanford University and he spent time at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (Xerox Parc).
This is a fascinating interview and we hope you enjoy it.
