In this episode, I speak with Professor Jodi Forlizzi of Carnegie Mellon University. In this interview, Jodi speaks about what led her to her work on persuasive technology and how our digital tools and services can be created to enhance our lives and well being.
Jodi is an interaction designer and researcher in the Human-Computer Interaction Institute. Her research focuses on understanding the limits of human attention and how products and services influence social behaviour. Jodi is also focused on big data and what it means for design, service design, human-robot interaction and designing to support the limits of attention.
