This Privacy Policy discloses what information Digital Mindfulness and Semantica Research collect and how it is used. This policy may be revised or updated at Digital Mindfulness and Semantica Research’s discretion. Any changes to our policy will be posted to this page with a revision date.

At Digital Mindfulness we collect different types of information about our users for four main reasons:

1. To provide personalised services unique to individual users.

2. To help us to monitor and improve the services we offer.

Analytics and third-party technologies

  1. Digital Mindfulness uses Google Analytics to track and analyze aggregated usage data from visitors to digitalmindfulness.net. This data is anonymous and is not linked to any specific user.
  2. Digital Mindfulness uses cookies to display advertising messages to past visitors of digitalmindfulness.net. These ads may appear elsewhere on the web.
  3. Visitors can opt out of Digital Mindfulness’s cookie-based advertising via YourAdChoices. Visitors are also able to opt out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

1 We do our very best to protect your privacy by using security technology appropriately. This means:
